blessings pouring down

"After the trial, cometh the blessings!" After a year filled with trials, we are feeling very happy as the Lord is now showering us with blessings. My husband started his new job today in Centralia, IL as the community development director for the city. It is the perfect "foot in the door" job for his career path toward city planning. I just hope sticking his foot in the door doesn't stub his toe. It is bound to be a challenging job with a sharp learning curve! But, he is enthusiastic and ready to face his new responsibilities with a smile. When the first paycheck comes, we'll be smiling even more! Thanks to all those who have been praying for us.
