Peanut Butter and Jelly Love Song

This is not an official camp song,
but I thought it would be a fun addition to the Camp Songs Album.
I first heard it at BYU performed by a group called "Inside Out".
My husband Garrett was kind enough to sing it for us on the C.D. He sounded great!

I'm Peanut Butter and you are Jelly,
we're so happy on our little piece of bread.
I remember, the first time that I saw you,
sitting across the cupboard, with all your jelly friends.

And you're so sweet, and I am chunky.
You're low fat, well I'm working on that,
cuz I'm Peanut Butter and you are Jelly,
and we're so happy on our little piece of bread.

I met grape, and strawberry,
but you're raspberry and that's my favorite kind.
Please forgive me for that stint with honey.
I looked at the label and not what was inside.

But you're still sweet and I am chunky.
You're low fat, well I'm working on that,
cuz I'm peanut butter and you are jelly,
and we're so happy on our little piece of bread.

I'm so glad, that I discovered, you in the cupboard,
I hope that you're glad too. From now on we're stuck together
but what could be better than being stuck with you.

Cuz you are sweet and I am chunky,
you're low fat, well I'm working on that.
I'm peanut bButter and you are jelly,
and we're so happy on our little piece of bread.
